The vhs stuttgart is proud to present its English-speaking program specifically aimed at the international public of the Stuttgart region. If you speak English and you feel comfortable taking classes in English, this program is right for you, as our courses and events are held in English as a language of communication. Let's eat it fresh! - Cooking Class
Fresh and uncooked food does not mean salad only. In this course we will prepare all kinds of "raw foods", starting with breakfast-dishes and ending with cake and desserts. You will experience and enjoy many new tastes. Raw food includes fermented or marinated vegetables, as well as kefir or cheese made from non-pasteurized milk.
Mitzubringen/Materialien:
Please bring a dish-towel, an apron and maybe some containers for leftovers.
