Together with guests from Ukraine and Algeria, this exchange explores how people shape democracy beyond formal institutions. It highlights alternative forms of democratic practices and participation, such as civil society engagement in Ukraine and football culture in Algeria. Short inputs from international guests will lead to an open discussion, with everyone warmly invited to share their views.
